Everyone deserves a weekend off from carrying it all.

Preparation and integration support for people exploring ketamine-assisted therapy for depression and anxiety.

When depression or anxiety hangs on, ketamine is one option some people explore with a licensed medical provider. I help you prepare, support you on session day, and help you make sense of it afterward. Licensed medical partners handle all screening, prescribing, dosing, and monitoring.

Ketamine for depression and anxiety

Worth understanding. Medical decisions stay with licensed providers.

01

What research suggests

Ketamine may help some people with depression and anxiety, especially when other treatments haven't worked. Results vary, and long-term safety is still being studied.

02

FDA status

Ketamine is used off-label for depression and anxiety. Esketamine (Spravato), a nasal spray made from ketamine, is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression in adults.

03

Who decides

A licensed medical provider, after screening. Ketamine isn't right for everyone, and it doesn't replace your ongoing care.

Sources: Cleveland Clinic, “Ketamine Therapy” (reviewed Jan. 16, 2026); U.S. FDA, compounded ketamine risk alert (Oct. 10, 2023).

What I do

  • Free 15-minute intro call
  • Preparation before your session
  • Session-day support, within what the medical partnership allows
  • Integration support afterward

What licensed medical partners do

  • All medical screening
  • Deciding whether ketamine, and which path, is appropriate
  • All prescribing, dosing, administration, and monitoring

Offerings

Low dose vs. high dose: two ways in.

Both include preparation and integration with me. Whether either path is appropriate is up to licensed medical partners.

Path A

Low-dose sessions

More conversational. You usually stay present and can talk things through.

May suit people who

  • Want to stay talkative and present
  • Prefer a lighter format to start
Path B

High-dose sessions

Deeper and more inward, with less talking during the session.

May suit people who

  • Want a more inward experience
  • Are comfortable setting conversation aside for a while

I don't recommend doses or routes. Pricing is shared on the intro call.

Why I'm doing this

Built by a dad who knows what carrying it all feels like.

Jeremy Lomax
Founder, Off Weekend · Denver, CO

I'm a divorced dad in Denver with full-time custody of my 5-year-old during the school year. When a kid-free weekend comes, it usually disappears into laundry and errands.

Lots of people carry too much, and for many it shows up as depression or anxiety that hangs on. When ketamine is part of someone's care, the human side deserves attention too: walking in prepared, having someone steady with you, and making sense of it afterward. That's the part I help with.

I'm certified in low-dose and high-dose ketamine-assisted therapy, and by day I'm a data scientist with an MBA, so I care about what the evidence does and doesn't say.
